Very clean and modern apartment with all the facilities you'd need. Soaps and shampoos are a given but to even include coffee pods for the machine and dishwasher tablets was a bonus Jamie, the host was easy to contact if needed and the welcome pack provided us with everything we needed. Fantastic stay.

The staff - nice, relaxed and supportive. The room - although basic, decent and comfortable. Good beds, clean bedsheets and towels, comfy mattresses, complimentary tea and coffee. The restaurant - very good dinner and breakfast. The location - on the roadside, but you need a car. Large parking.

The cleaning could be done thoroughly, especially on the hallway of the hotel. The toilet seat was not thoroughly cleaned and it had traces of former usage... I would recommend much more attention to the cleanliness of the bathrooms.

Lovey cosy room, very clean and had a great night's sleep. Debbie, the host was ver friendly with fast and easy communication.

Wifi signal wasn't reliable so couldn't work from the room but it did force me to relax!

Complete waste of money. Unable to sleep as there was incredibly loud music from downstairs until well past 4am. Earplugs don't help with the level of noise or amount of vibration. I knew there would be noise in the evenings, and regularly sleep in central London so I'm not bothered that easily. I certainly didn't expect it to be so loud it's an environmental issue, and the hotel's management is ridiculous for selling rooms that are not fit for purpose. Complete con. The receptionist told me I couldn't get a room move as they were fully booked...but rooms were still available online, so it seems she was either misinformed or disinclined to help. I had to cut my stay short and pay for an additional hotel, and Booking.com have not helped at all. Avoid like the plague, there are plenty of much nicer hotels in Bournemouth which you can actually sleep in and cost less.
