  The room was so big. We was in 406 looking out to the Garden. It was Beautiful. Bath and shower had good hot water shower was powerful. Staff was fantastic all happy and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

  Room could do with better lighting. There was two irons in room BOTH Broken. More Attention to the cleaning was not off a good standard. No plugs next to bed or usb plugs. Bathroom was a little small and again could do with more detailed to the cleaning. Overall I would use hotel again. And recommended it. If they talked to there cleaning Company and got them to higher there care and standards and put more effort in this hotel got for sure go a long way. Just needs attention to the final details.

  The parking is horrendous. The lot outside the accommodation is always taken by cars without permit. The response time of the host is almost non existence. And when I ask for advice at the office, the staff is unfriendly and not helpful at all. The instructions for check in after 530pm was misleading. There is no glass door at the garage
