We did not have breakfast but we did have an evening meal which was ok but nothing special with the roast potatoes more like boiled and barely crisped, the rooms were good the staff excellent and helpful , good parking and very central location. over all a great stay apart from the food served.

The hotel is perfect location very central, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable reception area with bar! 5min walk to shambles, 8 min walk to cathedral, just under 20 min walk from train station but £6 in taxi, lots of shops an pubs/restaurants around!

Beautifully equiped and artfully decorated property with remarkably efficient heating and hot water system. Very quiet and private, and excelent provision of continenatal breakfast foods including blue eggs from the house hens. Train station to Belfast 5 minutes away.

Very comfortable and clean, smooth check in and close to the city centre. Lots of building work going on in the area, mostly new hotels being built which all look the same and appear soulless.

Lovely quirky, warm room with wooden beams and friendly pigeons. Very comfortable bed. Situated right on the High Street, so impeccably convenient for everything.

The privacy in the kitchen at night, but did not spoil our view. Next door pub was pretty noisy but by 11.45 lovely and peaceful.

Incredibly clean, comfortable beds, hot shower, well-equipped. Lovely welcome hamper.

We loved the property and would stay again. Two minor things: very steep stairs to the third bedroom so if you’re unsteady on your feet that may be a problem. Parking is on the street - again not a problem but people double parked and it was a tight squeeze to get our car through in the morning.
