3 minute walk from Terminal 4 departures, 5 minute access to Picadilly line for travel into London. What was really outstanding was the area where the breakfast buffet was located. It was like a military operation. The staff was outstanding and the buffet was pretty good. Normally when you have a high traffic area, the place can end up looking like a bombsite. But here, no table was left unclean for more than a minute or two. The staff were continually on the move cleaning and restocking. Brilliant! Special mention for Joy Lobo, Havier and Harshdeep. Also.... even though an active runway was not far off, there was no noise.

This flat is located in the Covent Garden area walking distance to the theatre area and to the major sights of London. The flat itself is beautiful, there is a spacious comfortable lounge and extremely well equipped kitchen. The standouts are the quality of the decorations and equipment in the flat from the bean to cup coffee maker the 2 luxury bathrooms full of all the toiletries you would wish for including a Dyson hairdryer. Our host offered a great welcome and good communication.

The aparthotel was in a perfect location, 2 minutes walking distance from the old town and maybe 10 from Edinburgh Castle. The rooms were nice and big and all the facilities were working perfectly. We booked an apartment for 5 and after a couple of troubles at the beginning of our stay, everything went smoothly.

Breakfast is not worth the money that you are actually paying. A selection of cereals, oatcakes, shortbread and a loaf of bread with milk and orange juice. I am not saying it wasn't nice or enough for the all of us but if you are hoping in a "hotel breakfast" you will be a bit disappointed.

Room was spacious, clean and very tidy. I personally loved all of it. I liked the personal touch of naming the cleaner of the room as well.

The breakfast was a little bit poor in quality, and the breakfast area very untidy. Especially the coffee machines. I did not appreciate the area was unsupervised, as for example one morning there were kids touching every single one of the croissants, making me not really want to touch them let alone eat them afterwards.

We really liked the location of the hotel. It is close to most of the attractions, we enjoyed walking in the neighbourhood.

We did not like the size of the room. We were two people with my friend, and one had to sit on the bed if the other opened cabin size luggage🤦♀️

The Bar!! Every time we went to the Bar the beer was off and only bottle beer was available.
