Location good with road routes adjacent to around the Island. Breakfast was supported by a good choice ,cooked to suit time requested and served on excellent crockery and good portions. the hosts were very hospiable and left clients alone unless their involvement was required.

Everything was perfect, the room was clean and tidy it had everything we needed and was very cost effective, we had booked everything online and had paid upfront so there wasn't a lot of interaction with the staff but they were very friendly

The location was excellent and the bar area was fresh with plenty of seating. There was a female member of staff that was lovely sorry I don't remember her name but possibly a reception manager (Eleni)

When we arrived the male who checked us in lacked the service you'd except from a reception staff member. The hallways were littered with boxes of stuff. The television wasn't able to cast from your phone (we were asked if we liked the room and it wasn't a problem at the time but if this feature is available it should work) Bathroom was quite small and we felt that we were being accused of smoking in the room by a manager "can you smell smoke in here" - my partner smokes and had tobacco wrapped up on the table. We were offered a drinks voucher for the television

Communciation with the owner was tricky, as English is probably not their first lanaguage. Breakfast was so-so.

The bedroom had one bed and nothing else, downstairs 3 dogs and it smelt of dogs, l was flabbergasted, l have stayed and many places but this is the worst ever. What l don’t like is lies. I was booked for 3 nights, l left after one night. I am sorry l cannot give one star even she needs guidance and help, she is a dog rescuer that’s it. The house had only one room. It doesn’t reflect good for Booking.com. You need to check this.
