The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Megan at the front desk deserves recognition! She was so pleasant, helpful & professional & went out of her way to make me feel welcome & give me information about the area. I had a pet seagull (Gulliver) who visited my window each evening & listened to all my ramblings, he was lovely. The bar staff werev also amazing. The area was quiet with a great view and a short walk to busses, restaurants and the ferry. Extended my stay 3 times.

Elevator is slow but really, it is an old building and that I'd just nitpicking.

Location nice and quiet, easy to drive to with large car park, although entrance to car park is quite narrow between two buildings, check in was a nice surprise the receptionist showed me to our room and took me to the residents lounge that had free Costa coffee available. Evening meal was as expected and breakfast as good as any we’ve ever had. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The beer garden is very spacious with an outdoor bar.

Nothing, although some people don’t like dogs being allowed in the dining room, but this won’t stop us from using this pub again in the future.

Booking company very communicative and entry easy. Apartment very clean and well decorated and furnished. Facilities good. On the famous Sauchihall Street in a fine old building. Very convenient for food, the park and galleries. On the tour bus route.

When booking quite a palaver of a verification process with Superhog(eventually had to phone up) and a non-refundable damage waiver. The apartment is in the half-basement of a pretty scruffy building - the area outside and the hall and landing are fairly dismal and give a poor first impression.

Superb value for money, location within minutes of the underground station, 20 mins to Trafalgar Square

The location is perfect, the room is large , we actually had a separate room for the children.

The breakfast is expensive and not worth the money and the time!!! Go and eat something outside in one of the nearby restaurants! The pool has to be booked in advance and is only for an hour!!!

Great location just out of town & down the road from a fantastic carvery for dinner.

A fridge would have been perfect.

Easily accessible to & from the city center- free parking and a short bus journey.

Little dilapidated, could do with a bit of TLC. Foyer and corridors smelt a little stagnant but the rooms were clean

Loved the interiors of the hotel and the rooms, really incredible!

Everything was lovely but tiny bits of the room were a little bit tired, particularly the windows.
Positive section of review
Rooms were modern, well designed and clean.

Breakfast was via a voucher for a cafe around the corner which unfortunately didn't open early enough for us to enjoy our meal as we needed to be off for a ferry. The cafe staff were as helpful as they could be but it should have stated in the hotel info that breakfast was elsewhere. We never saw any staff or the owner at the property.
