Smack in the middle of terminal 3, you can find this hotel in the arrival part of the airport, close to M&S shop. Room is really small but it has all the amenities for a one night stay if you're taking off the next day. No complaints whatsoever

The staff are so pleasant and friendly. Make you so welcome. Initially we had concerns about the decor of the venue, a year later, they have made a big impression with new furniture and alterations.

We Paid extra for a balcony and on arrival the staff member told us the balcony doors doesn’t open we asked to be changed to another room and was told none of the balcony’s open. There was also a stain on the bedding. None of the heaters in the property work so it can get very cold at night time. The bathroom sink didn’t drain so you couldn’t have a wash with the tap running.The balcony doors leak water through.I noticed in the description it says soundproof rooms which i can guarantee are definitely not as i could hear next doors tv and them talking we also got woken up in the morning to very loud banging. On the left hand window the blinds are broke so you can’t close them.

I am usually not the sort of person who would write a bad review but this particular experience left me with a lot to desire. I chose the property based on the published pictures and the reviews but unfortunately my experience was not as good as it might have been for others. The room was not as advertised in pictures. The accommodation was not very clean. The room was small with a lot of clutter. A kettle along with cups and cutlery was available. But no provisions (tea bag, sugar dry milk, coffee sachets) to even make a cuppa. Beds may need a new mattress as it wasn't very comfortable.
