  Great location if you have an early flight or overnight layover. Main reason I choose this hotel is the restaurant, Vanda, that has the best Chinese food that I have had in the UK. Seriously. Facilities are fine, it's an airport hotel so mostly functional, but it has a nice sense of style to the room decor. Good towels. very friendly staff in all departments. Reasonably-priced breakfast buffet, opens 0530 which is good if you have an early flight.

  The location is excellent and just a short walk into town. The room has limited space but very clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable and there is a nice common area with complimentary tea, coffee, and board games. We ran into a problem with our shower, but Beth was very friendly, responsive and communicative and solved the issue promptly. Would definitely come back in the future.

  Everything about the hotel was fine, but not exceptional - apart from the staff who were very helpful. However, the price made it extremely good value for money: half the price of others. We couldn't believe breakfast was included.

  The only minor point I would make is that it would be helpful to fit a roller blind over the skylight in the kitchen area - during light summer months it lets in light and I prefer a totally dark environment to sleep in. Also although there were twin beds the beds cannot be pushed together because of the odd placement of one of the bedside lights.
