The Hotel is in a beautiful location opposite the harbour at Porlock Weir with lovely sea views. The team at reception were really helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable with nice views. The shower was great and the WiFi worked well. Dinner and Breakfast in the restaurant were excellent with views of the sea. Parking opposite the Hotel in the public carpark was also easy with the cost covered in our room rate. The guest larder room was a really nice touch. So all pretty good!!

Excellent relaxing space. Host, Vanessa even baked a small Lemon drizzle Cake, so we could have a cup of tea and cake when we arrived. Lovely space, very clean & tidy. Very comfortable bed and large living space & kitchen area, with a dish washer. Bathroom had lovely rain fall shower.

Friendly staff. Convenient location with shuttle service to Heathrow airport available every half hour for £6.80/person. Room and bed comfortable, large plush towels and nice shower gel etc, good disabled shower room. Great pub close walk up the road for fabulous dinner

Great location. Right above Picaddily station. Supermarkets and shopping right under. All hotel facilities with housekeeping available. Staff was very helpful and shared valuable information for sightseeing

Fridge temperature control faulty I’d guess. Set at max which I’d put at should be 3 or 4 degs Celsius. This fridge temperature was much warmer - 7 or 8 maybe? TV listings guide not active for proper hour by hour listings. I was given a complimentary drinks voucher as an apology for the 2 service failures. Neither of these faults was fixed before I checked out. Your questionnaire above. The bonus ‘question’: Paid WiFi. 🤷🏻♂️? What does that mean? It’s not a question is it? I ignored the request for a response.
