I didn't even stay, on arrival I walked in to the apartment as the front door was open, very quickly I realised the host was not there himself and the apartment next door was being used to bag up drugs which I was discussed by and then i quickly that none of the apartments doors internal or external had any sort of locking system which was the main deal bigger so I left.

SYKES as agent for this location has an absolute disgusting service. They do not respond to any request. They don´t send appropriate documents for invoice. They don´t take full data from booking.com in their system. It takes hours to get somebody on the phone. And she can do absolutely nothing to solve the situation. Sorry, but this "service" is so far from acceptable, that it would have been more comfortable and relaxing to sleep under a bridge. This is the most disrespectful way I have been treated by any host since years. An absolute waste of time and energy - never ever again.

Very small narrow bathroom. I am tall and slim and barely fitted the shower. Could nit use it with curtain on.

Stayed 4 nights room only paid £290 + £7.50×4 car park. The gym,the pool,towels and the sauna charged individually. The worst things is never get my room cleaned for four days. I had to go to the reception to get clean towels : Not worth it at all 😒

There was a faulty plug on a fan which was in the wardrobe. This obviously hadn't been checked upon arrival but the staff changed it immediately. The bed was absolutely awful and quite grubby. I did bring it to a member of staff when I was leaving but she just said she would pass on the information. Considering the amount I payed to stay over for 1 night, I thought it would be superior as it was to celebrate my daughters 18th birthday. I payed for breakfast and even though there was lots of choice, it wasn't very appealing.
