The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

So noisy and no controls. Other patrons party all night and therefore I got no sleep. Manager says they are in control but they are not. I have never seen so much mould in a bathroom and it is just so noisey (other patrons as well as "Allyway" traffic

We got upgraded to the lovely Queen Elizabeth suite! Lots of room and very nicely styled. The property is very well located to see ABBA and also has easy access to the London City Airport

Some road noise, but not too bad

Rooms were cosy and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and had plenty of options.

Reflecting on other reviews of this property, it appears the owner does not respond well to any negative feedback and instead discredits the guest and has made some very broad generalisations of guests based on their nationality, which is disappointing. I think in general, better communication and transparency about the accommodation would be less likely to leave people dissatisfied. For example, I arrived to the hotel an hour or so before check-in and apologised for being early, stating that I was happy to wait in the lounge until check-in. The owner perhaps didn't hear me because he proceeded to show me to a small single room with no bathroom (not what I booked). I was a little confused, as I told him I was happy to wait and would have thought that if I was being downgraded to a smaller room than I also would have been offered a lower rate, but I wasn't. When I went back downstairs to reiterate that I was happy to wait for the room I actually booked to be ready, he seemed agitated with my request. I think better communication and transparency as to what's included in the room/facilities is important. From the booking, I was under the impression that there would be tea/coffee facilities in the room itself but they were actually in a communal area, something I was never told and had to discover myself.

Lovely pub and ideal for where I was working

A little dated. Needs decoration. Obviously an old premier inn that has been rebranded. Could do with a lick of paint and holes and small amount of damage repairing.
