The location is ideal. A nice quiet area a minute from the beach. Great pub down the road overlooking the bay, which also does good breakfasts. The apartment has all you need and is really comfortable. Brilliant to have the garden for the dog.

Ideal situation for Royal Albert Hall and Kensington museums. Room was very comfortable and good size. Corridor was quiet and no disturbance. Liked having a fridge and safe in the room. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Unfortunately, Gloucester Road tube station was closed the entire weekend, which resulted in more walking than anticipated. Had to request tea and coffee and milk for the room as it was not replenished.

Beautiful little gem of a b and b!! Lovely room, small but perfectly fine for us! Amazing hosts and lovely breakfast! In a great location and didn't hear much outdoor noise at all!

The corridors and room decor needed a big revamp. Our bedroom was nice but rough around the edges with cracked walls, toilet lid and flush not fully working, and popcorn on the floor from previous guests. The food was very average to poor and expensive for what you got. For example the side of green which cost £4.95 was over Boiled soggy broccoli and peas with no seasoning. At that price I'd expect more types of greens that had been cooked with some care and flavour. Everything we ate (we had breakfast, lunch and dinner) we could cook better at home. The location is on a busy main road and junction in an ugly 1960s block.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable my partner couldn’t sleep properly, we received an email saying check in from 2pm we arrived at 2:30pm and still had to wait until 4-4:30pm before we were able to get into the room due to it not being ready, although it was just a place to sleep for the night it kind of reminded me of a room at pontins so definitely not worth the £83 we paid for the night
