the apartment was beautiful. It was very well laid out . A lot of thought had gone into the design and provision of facilities in the apartment . We felt very comfortable , we had a fantastic time. Barton-on-sea is a lovely place and we went for walks along the seafront with our dog. Its a fantastic rental and would happily return.

Iconic location and staff were excellent and very friendly, approachable and went out of their way to make you feel welcome and valued. Very clean, bed was very compfortable and the balcony over the race track made a very interesting way to pass time between conference events

They ran out of Chablis and Picpout de Pinet! The bar and restaurant was great but I was disappointed that they ran out of the decent French wines so quickly. Food choice was more Pub than Restaurant I thought and much as what we ordered was tasty I would like to see more Gastro choice than bar style food

A peaceful quiet location with a pub a few minutes walk away. Lots of places to visit and eat nearby. Lovely, friendly hosts great amenities. The White Swan inn is a must for amazing food and hospitality. Just what we needed to unwind..

The location was very handy for the lorry park and the route north. The bed was comfy & the shower hot with good water pressure.

The room was quite dirty with stained beds and dusty windowsills. But my biggest gripe was the poor excuse for a breakfast. When booking and adding a breakfast, I was expecting at least a buffet style one, if not a cooked full English. What I got was a bowl of cereal in a box and a carton of milk! (A few other things in the box as well) I felt utterly mugged!

The host was very accommodating and friendly. Parking right outside the lodge interest was a plus.

The room didn't feel very clean and the beds were not very comfortable. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but that is probably do to the location near London.

Really needs updating we went there a few months ago and there where decorating materials everywhere and it hadn't changed a bit on the second visit
