Delightful building & gardens set in such peaceful countryside but less than 3 miles from the hospital. The staff are incredibly helpful & kind. Unfortunately I’d left my car headlights switched on overnight, & so had a flat battery in the morning, but one of the staff allowed me to jumpstart my car from his. Lovely inventive menu with fresh delicious produce. All areas are nice, the terrace outside, the conservatory restaurant & the bar area are all attractive.

The bedroom although comfortable would have been a bit cramped. Luckily it was a brief overnight stop, so we had little luggage. The bathroom was lovely but the shower was inaccessible to me as has no walk-in access. The sink, flannels, towels & toiletries were all very adequate though!

I have stayec at this hotel before but dince then tjere has been a substantial refurbishment. The rooms are excellent and the restaurant and outside terrace have amazing views of the lake. The breakfast buffet was first class with a good selection on offer. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the bar area is nicely laid out.

It's difficult to find fault on anything about Craig Manor. It would be unfair to blame them for the weather!

Great location as you can reach to earls court from almost any place in central London. The flat was very well equipped and you do not need almost anything else. The host was really helpful as I needed to leave my luggage a bit earlier before check-in or a bit later after check-out and he was completely open on my requests.

As small bits, I'd say the heater needed time to warm the water and there were a couple of things from the previous client in the kitchen which were not removed during the cleaning. But in general, everything was great!

The menu repetitive same thing every night so we ate out . The TV in the room could have been a bit bigger very hard to watch such a small screen .

Knew it was on the 3rd floor with no lift (with another floor to climb inside), but it was tough climbing those narrow, steep stairs.

The room was very shabby, really needs updating. The shower holder was broken, the bathroom cupboard was full of mould. The shower curtain was mouldy. We were not advised that there would be a Bruce Springsteen tribute act on the Saturday night of our stay, although that wasn't to bad, it was the noise until 3.30 am which was really awful. The hotel is left un-manned of an evening so no one to complain to. We left before the staff arrived the next day.
