The sitting area was well set up, very decent sized TV and the kitchen was a nice set up too. There's not netflix however there is prime so your able to watch things on there. Also have access to YouTube. It was a visually a nice play to stay at. The key lock Box is easily accessible, just need to work on providing the check in details on time. The roads quiet at night and because the walls are thick you can't hear any of the neighbours. There isn't free parking and I forgot to pay for parking but luckily I got away with it. Bare in mind you can only pay for parking for 2 hours there. There are countless places to order food from at night, and most are open until 4-5am. The accommodation was as clean as it could be, the washing detergent used isn't the nicest so could possibly find a different scent to use. It was a good stay, and with minor adjustments the stay will become the perfect place.

No check in information was given. I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone to booking.com just to be told if no one contact me in 30mins they will provide me with replacement accommodation. I had to research Bella ruiz online to call directly and have the information sent over to me, I had to call twice. And the person i spoke to couldnt give me the code over the phone, even though i verified who i am. He did try to help though atleast. Other thak him there was no one else that could help me at that point not even booking.com. Why is a wrong contact number provided on booking. Com? I was sent an email with that number saying to reach out with any queries, just for the answerphone to say the numbers not in service. So let's say there was emergency, who do I contact? Outside the accommodation wasn't ideal, cigarette butts and animal faeces. Obviously its not something that is upto the propertys owners to deal with and its very minor, but thought id point it out because a lot of flies are attracted to it and when you open the windows they all come in. The rooms was overly hot at night, and when you open the windows a lot of flies come in. Maybe get some fans just for the hotter seasons? Also you need to put washing up liquid or hand wash in the kitchen as well, just to wash up the odd one or two items rather than putting on the dishwasher, that could help save on the bills in the long run. The pillows could do with being thicker.

Cosy and beautiful apartment was in a great central location in Mayfair - a couple of mins walk to the nearest tube stations (Oxford Circus and Bond Street) made it extremely easy to get around. We were 4 guests and suited us perfectly. The cosy terrace was definitely a lovely addition. The host had great communication and was able to work around our check-in and check-out times. 5 stars.

Super beautiful apartment with patio in front of Hyde Park Gate. Well decorated, quiet, private. About 3-min walk to the high street and all possible restaurants, groceries, bars, etc. Famous museums round the corner. Beautiful surroundings and a very idyllic neighbourhood. Great option to stay when visiting London (I came down for work). Excellent communication with owner.

Really liked the historic feeling of the place yet well upgraded to have all the modern needed. Loved having a full kitchen even though we did not use it. The place overall was just very charming and welcoming. The owner was excellent to work with with great communications.

the only things I would say could use improvement was 1) the bed mattress was a little too soft and 2) really could use a ceiling fan or at least 1 more additional fan in the house. it did get pretty warm in there during the day. leaving windows open helped cool it down but that allowed flys to get in.

Good location along the waterfront. Comfortable bed self sufficient room facilities with shared bathroom. Quite environment with a excellent view of the surroundings from the Knott on top of the hill.

Wifi password not mentioned in room. Had to contact front desk for same. Very poor public transport connectivity only 3 bus trips a day,escalated due to Rail strike in UK. Trying to reach Arnside is a challenging experience. Only recommended for travelling with vehicles. Had to walk 6 km along road with very narrow sidewalk to reach hotel.

Room was a bit scruffy,dated,it rained quite a bit through the night and directly outside my bedroom window the gutter above was broken so water poured down onto something at ground level and made a noise which kept me awake
