The restaurant menu a little odd, only chicken or vegan options. No other option like any seafood /fish or meat dishes. Quite different, but if you are going to do that at least have the chicken Dishes outstanding, not dry, no flavourless, stayed 2nights & noted how empty The restaurant was in the evenings, but busy, busy for breakfast, maybe a lot of your guests feel the same.

They booked me in the 'annexe' without telling me. This is not in the main hotel. No WIFI or 4g signal in my room and i couldnt work in my room. I mentioned this and was told its all working in the corridor, true..but not in my room! Ended up doing work calls in corridor.. not good. Mentioned it as an issue when I checked out and no discount was offered. Didn't get what I paid for. Didn't want to be in the annex and should have been told, I would have booked elsewhere. Didn't get anything offered as compensation. That's pretty poor service these days.

Parking per night charged £7.5 though in website it says £5, but usually, hotels do not charge guests for parking. The room was incredible hot and window opens for 2 inches, no fresh air, I have spent restless night. There is a fan in a room, but not much help if the window does not open . Must be air conditioner at least in 3 level rooms , price charged for such room £160 is not adequate. The shower head was leaking waste of water. The breakfast menu is very poor. There were ingredients for full English, but not much of a variety for other choices, for example, porridge or pancakes . It's not worth it for money to pay only for the view.
