  Lovely comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, everything provided (iron, ironing board, tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer, hangers, plenty of towels,) lovely view of the square, close to the beach. Fantastic choices for breakfast, everyone catered for. Decor and upkeep just lovely. Staff really friendly and welcoming. Helpful too.

  Nothing to note. My room was at the top of the house, so might not suit those that have accessibility needs but plenty of rooms on the lower floors so if you're ok with plenty of stairs there's nothing at all to worry about. I've stayed here before and it was just as lovely again.

  Enjoyed walk in the park opposite the flat, comfortable lounge, kitchen had everything needed, as a field engineer never compromised on bed, excellent mattresses, over all will be booking again, good size bedrooms, have a big family if need to book for my family holidays would not even think twice.

  Free room upgrade, free drinks and free breakfast. Easy parking, clean, large, comfortable rooms, well sound proofed. Decent buffet breakfast with good choice. Check out not until 11 am

  Bar and grill are a bit grubby and the food in the bar and the cocktails are mediocre. Staff in breakfast room cleared away our breakfast whilst we were collecting food from the buffet.

  There was no breakfast, although this was made perfectly clear before the booking. Location is fabulous, right down at the harbour.
