In this place I was also in the shared room with four beds for four women. I loved the experience and the girls I shared with were very respectful of each other's schedules and sleep. The bed was comfortable for me. I must also say that the location is very good, a few blocks from a metro station that served fairly central lines such as Picadilly and the District Line and there are many food options nearby including the supermarket.

The setting is lovely, inside a quiet garden. This place just needs a few finishing touches as suggested below, like a table and chairs outside the room, a more comfortable mattress and maybe some storage place for large suitcases and it would transform this place from a 6 to a 10.

When we arrived after a brutal 36 hour door-to-door journey from Australia, there was no one around at the property and it was not possible to find someone to talk to about not being able to enter the property. In the lead up to our stay I received gushing emails about how thrilled the host would be to welcome us to the property, I thought these emails were over the top in the way they were written. In reality, there was no one around to greet us or even to talk to us about entering the accommodation at the rear of the house. I found a phone number that went to a Philippine based agency who began by saying that they could not release the entry details until they received some kind of confirmation. After a long discussion and some phone calls they eventually gave me the key location and we were able to enter the accommodation. Once inside, we found the room to be extremely clean and was to a very high standard. However, the place is tiny, with a living floor area of only around 4 square metres once the bed is let down to the sleeping position. We spent the entire stay trying to move chairs and suitcases around so that we could move around or open the bathroom door etc. The bed is like a weekend temporary guest bed and was very uncomfortable, especially for a long stay. I would not recommend this place for a stay of more than a couple of days, but for a weekend away it would be fine. I think the host really needs to improve the way guests are greeted and are able to enter the property! Also, the place really needs a table and chairs just outside the room so people can relax outside, as once the bed is lowered there is nowhere to sit down and eat. There are very old chairs at the other end of the garden, but these are not near and not in good condition.

A stylish apartment right in the heart of the city. A few steps away from shops,restaurants,tram,trains & and buses. This self-contained apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Iman, the host, was very attentive and caring.

IBIS is a little overpriced for the facilities on offer. Starting to be uncompetitive brand and could have stayed in the nearby Hilton for much the same cost.

Travelling without internet access made the online access tricky.Our first experience of a totally online booking system..thankful for the room service lady on-site when we arrived who was excellent . Parking problematic at certain times.of the day
