Super location, spacious and comfortable self-catering property, with all amenities (including an easy-to-use washing machine) and everything fully functional. Plenty of towels, cutlery/cups/glasses/plates/electric kettle/toaster etc. Excellent wifi, TV. Close proximity to the sea and shops/bars/restaurants literally outside the front entrance, but the flat is very quiet as it overlooks the RN playing fields, not Gunwharf itself. I arrived 2 hours prior to 15:00 check-in, but the owner let me into the property immediately. Will definitely stay there again.

All good.

The staff were all so helpful and professional. Couldn't fault any of them. Especially Martin at breakfast. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice. Great food. Location of hotel was perfect to explore St Peter Port and to walk to ferries for Herm and Sark Beautiful old building. Very well kept.

First room offered was small and smelt musty. We should have checked the bed size as it was way too small. The only way to get a bigger bed was a £240 upgrade. We had no choice. Gym and spa are both average. Relaxation room needed cleaning around the tea station and gym users kept bursting in to get water and slamming the door. Not at all relaxing ..... No word of the class timetable anywhere or even that the studio existed. We went to external classes not knowing they were going on downstairs.

The room was pleasant, the bed was comfortable and the shower worked. The breakfast scrambled eggs were overcooked, but the choice was varied. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Over cooked eggs, but as I only had eggs and toast, I cannot comment on the rest of the food. My son had sausages and said they were good.

Great room for a solo traveller on a training course for a few days at the local university. Filling breakfast served with a smile, and very helpful lovely hosts. Would recommend!

We have stayed here twice and will stay again as perfect location for us but we do struggle with the stairs. Would also prefer a walk in shower rather than in a bath. But these things would just make our stay easier.

Reception staff were flippant towards us ,and not really very helpful with luggage etc as we had to cancel a second night as a situation had come up. My wife and I are in our late seventies so sometimes we need a little help--we did not get it at this hotel.
