Exceptionally clean and well presented cozy house in an ideal location for getting about locally or further afield to Birmingham or Coventry not too far away.Host was easy to keep in touch with prior to our stay and accommodating with a few small changes we needed. If you want in town but not busy noisy central location this place is perfect. It may look small but it's ideal for a getaway and deceptively spacious. 2 kingsize beds upstairs and 1 has a beautiful en suite. Downstairs bathroom very well presented and clean. The kitchen has everything you need too. Cute suntrap courtyard area at the back for that morning tea. Eco friendly products help make for a sustainable visit. Parking was not an issue either and with the permit we didn't have to drive around for ages. Great stay, thank you.

Good central location. Clean and comfortable. Nice extra touches like a bottle of real milk in the fridge (a big thank you for that one!).

Two slight niggles: No usb sockets in the appartment, and only three hangers in the wardrobe. The latter is a common issue we come across wherever we stay, which I can never understand as hangers are relatively cheap to purchase and I don't want to bring some with me!

Our bed wasn't very comfy and the microwave light up on the wall was very bright which we couldn't cover with anything as it's built into the wall which meant we didn't sleep well. Also the plug in the bathroom sink was broken, we managed to fix the mechanism from under the basin but it broke again
