This was an unusual stay in lovely accommodation in terrific grounds in the perfect spot from which to explore the area. The staff were friendly and informative. The whole vibe was great.

Porridge pots as part of the breakfast. This is being really picky but it is the best slow release food for a day's hiking.

The location are great, the staff are great, and the value for the money are great! At this price, in this area, you can`t expect an all modern hotel.

The hotel and room is not the most beautiful, and the furniture is somewhat worn. The biggest problem for me was a very low water pressure in the shower at my room, my colleague did not have this problem. Still, for the price and this location, we would not hesitate to go back.

The location is excellent for the arena & check in/out & parking is very easy. The hotel itself was very clean & welcoming.

The bed was absolutely rock hard and we both woke up with sore backs/hips/neck etc. There wasn’t much in the way of facilities/comfort items in the room (considering it was a deluxe king room), no bottles of water or a small fridge or anything really, it was not what I’m used to at a Hilton so it was kind of disappointing. The most irritating part of the stay was the fact that we were told by multiple staff members at the bar, at check in & on the message received from the hotel prior to our stay that there was food service available (reduced menu between 11pm-7am) 24/7 so we expected to be able to order something to eat when we returned from the arena late that night, but we were then told they weren’t serving food with no further explanation as to why. I hate complaining, but this was really inconvenient & massively irritating.
