The property was big enough for us. We are 5 persons and there were 2 bedrooms. So I contacted the owner beforehand, and made sure if they could provide one more sofa bed. And when we arrived to the flat, the sofa bed was already adjusted and provided with a duvet. Also, one of their staff explained everything about the house, which was very nice because I can ask to anything to actual person. During our stay, the button to flash the toilet had broken. But they fixed on the day we contacted. It was super quick. There is a big kitchen, so we enjoyed cooking for ourselves. We could save some money, too. It would be too price to eat out every time in London. We really enjoyed staying in this house. 100% recommended.

A fan in the house was dusty, but it was OK we didn't use anyway. And the hair dryer was broken.

The location is very good. Everything is clean. There are a small kitchen with kitchenware and hairdryer and iron. Also offer dishwashing liquid, hand soap and body soap. In the 4 night which I stayed, only one day didn’t clean the room maybe because we leave too late?( around 9 in the morning) When we have questions they replied very fast. I was satisfied staying in here. I will come back and stay again.

The curtains are not very light-blocking. And you can hear the door closing noise from outside. I recommended that hotel should plugged up the crack in the door or you can wear earplugs when you sleep. The bed was a little soft for me.

Room was decent, spacious had coffee machine and biscuits, decent shower and the bed was comfortable, miller and carters where we ate was very good paid around £100 for the 2 of us with mains, sides and drinks

When we arrived in the afternoon the sky bar was very busy so tried the sports bar it was empty and the draft beers were not on so had to drink over priced bottled beer, after the show we headed back there for a night cap where I was turned away for wearing jogging bottoms (£600 Burberry ones) they didn’t mind me wearing them in the afternoon when they were empty, imagine not getting in a sports bar with joggers on ?? it was very embarrassing I didn’t argue with them I just headed to the world bar by reception they were great there

The inconsiderate drunk & noisy guests also staying. Paper thin walls. The squeakiest floorboards you’ve ever heard in a bedroom. No bedside/side lights, only overhead spotlights in bedroom. No net curtain or privacy film on window. Sticky tape on windows & door. Won’t be staying here again.
