Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking. Room was light and bright. Basic, but functional. Room was pretty clean.

Bed was ok, but not hugely comfortable. Pillows were small and again, not comfortable. Lots of steps up and down even within the room which normally would not bother me, but I had a broken toe and it made it tricky(not a complaint as I didn’t mention to anyone, just for anyone who finds steps difficult, be prepared for steps). Room could do with a kick of paint and updating, but generally ok and value for money

A lovely large clean apartment that was very comfortable and right next to a grocery store which was fantastic.

Noise Loud motorbikes/cars blasting engines. Room by elevator and loud chatting late at night as other guests called to each other through the hall. Limescale around the shower/sink made it look grubby. Spa facilities were basic and overcrowded. Day one breakfast was good and well managed. Day 2-Breakfast tables were dirty, plates left on tables as staff stood chatting. 4 pastries, no smoothies, no hot plates left. Lift broken and had to then manage all luggage downstairs.
