  Location was great, right in the heart of Bath, and just a 10min walk from the station. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen. Good welcome pack with info and instructions. Very clean, with daily emptying of bin, and nice toiletries provided for use. Very secure with easy to use key cards.

  No need for the ‘mini bar’ as it takes up a lot of room in the fridge, and there is a Tesco right next door! Shame there was no chopping board. Some outside noise late into the evening due to central location, especially on the weekend.

  All the staff were very friendly. Although we didn't use it there was a lovely looking outdoor pool and outdoor sitting area. The bed was comfortable and the bedlinen was good quality.

  The shower was awful, very low water pressure. They should install an electric shower. At breakfast they served instant coffee and there was no fresh fruit on the breakfast buffet, it was all from cans.

  Noise from room above.. Thumping footsteps overhead for an hour or so in evening. Bedside lights did not work.. Told reception but not fixed and no feedback following day!
