The apartment is very large, and has a beautiful outdoor garden, equipped with many amenities and very well equipped. The location of the house is strategic, as the Hackney metro station is very close, and it is possible to reach the center in less than an hour, furthermore in Hackney there are many shops, restaurants and nothing is missing. We had a great time, and I thank Abdul, the owner for his availability and kindness.

We have been coming to the Blackburne Arms for many years to eat on our trips to Liverpool and always enjoy the food. The bar and restaurant staff are all very friendly and the service is good. The pub is located within easy walking distance of the Philharmonic Hall with plenty of other pubs and restaurants around. Also easy to walk into the city centre but there are plenty of buses too.

We decided to stay for 2 nights and were very disappointed. The room, although nicely decorated and clean, was tiny. We discovered on checking in that the TV didn't work, no channels at all could be found, a member of staff came to take a look but to avail. The toilet seat wasn't fixed on properly and came off when sat on! (The cleaner must have known this before we checked in). We spoke to the Manager who was very apologetic and assured us it would be rectified the following morning. Unfortunately this did not happen, neither the TV not the toilet seat were fixed. The room wasn't "serviced" on the second day, I don't know if this is the policy, we weren't told this, and the tea/coffee/milk supplies were not topped up. We spent a considerable amount in the bar and restaurant, having evening meals on both evenings, plus the room cost and feel very let down with the accommodation. The Wifi didn't work either. I notice from other travellers reviews that the TV and Wifi have been mentioned as a problem before but it seems nothing has been done.

I felt really at home instead of in a guest house. Perfectly situated for walking to and from Theatre, The Hoe, The Barbican area and city centre. Lovely breakfast and all necessary items in my room. Very comfortable stay for my 60th birthday break.

The room advertised online (the one I choose) is not the same place as pictures. The room is super small for 2 adults to do their work, there was no work space as in the pictures advertised there was. There was no warm running water to shower (not even lukewarm) The internet wasn't working. This is an issue as the only reason this room was booked because there was enough space as advertised in the pictures. On the pictures there was more than enough for space for 2 adults to do their work, but we were both unable to connect, as it was a leisure/buisness stay as it states the wifi works online. The room was so hot when we walked in that we couldn't stay inside for over an hour as there was no fan in the room provided, we had to sleep with the doors wide open in Swansea central all night (it's not quiet) We Rang air bnb to help and she tried but wasn't able to resolve on the phone and said she would ring back, nobody called us to help so we slept early. We left at 6am as nothing worked.
