Really good set up- plenty space and good facities - great location Good to be able to get extra supplies - tea/coffee toilet roll if needed at no extra charge. Quiet location and bonus for crime wrotter fan friends as is just next to The Oxford bar. Handy walking distance to centre edinburgh. Really good value would definately use again.

Eco friendly, lovely breakfast, friendly staff who gave us a warm greeting and couldn’t do enough for us. My husband left his expensive coat there, hanging on the back of the door and as soon as the staff saw it, they text us to let us know and posted it back to us, so kind of them. Will definitely be going back to stay!

Free parking, good WiFi, friendly staff. It looked as though it had recently been refurbished and had been done very well. The microwave/fridge/sink in the "wardrobe" were a very good addition, although we didn't use them on this occasion. Would certainly book here again.

A lot of noisy talking along the corridors when we arrived, and the constant sound of doors banging - as though people were deliberately slamming them but I don't think that was actually the case, it was possibly just the reverberation from people treading heavily on the stairs. Was worried it would be like that all night but it calmed down and we got a good night's sleep.

Quiet, close to beach but unfortunately we cannot rely on the British weather. But I can see the attraction during the 2 weeks of sun per year. Had EV charging at the hotel which is a good bonus.

Nothing really. The plus of being away from downtown could also be a negative but I choose this location because I felt it would be quieter

The window in the room facing the bathroom. Being able to see the toilet and the bathroom. Yes there was a blind on it but was not comfortable.
