  The owners/staff were very friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. The location was great, just off the sea front (we had a partial sea view) and street parking outside was always available. We had an early start one day so would have missed breakfast but were provided with a cooked breakfast to go instead. The Devonian is a classic IoM hotel/B&B operated to a high standard and good value for money. We would stay here again.

  The staff who manage these apartments are superb- so helpful and welcoming. They keep in touch, check everything is going ok for you and provide clear instructions to collect keys/ deal with any issues or questions- and they are all super friendly. We greatly appreciated that. We also met cleaning staff and handy person- both lovely warm and professional people. You can book with this organisation with confidence.

  I think the fridge is due to be replaced as it over freezes everything including chilled items. Maybe a couple of small side tables in the lounge would be useful to put drinks on would be useful but we managed with the firm dining chairs.

  The location was perfect for us. The breakfast food was ok.

  The room was very dated. The carpet was worn through. Some tiles were cracked in the bathroom. The curtains didn’t close completely. There were no plates at breakfast and we had to wait. The parking was a disaster. One of the replies to questions on booking.com says there is a large car park. This is not true. The chap who booked us in said it was always a problem on Fridays and Saturdays. We were disappointed at being mislead and would not stay again.
