Lovely, well equipped cottage with great garden to sit in. Spotlessly clean in a great location. Fantastic outlook over ever changing Loch Long. Good mix of eateries within walking distance and no need to drive to great hill and forestry walks which are on the doorstep. Glasgow, Stirling, Oban and Glencoe, all within reasonable driving distance through fabulous countryside. Friendly and attentive hosts really helped make it a great stay.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The proximity to the airport was ideal. The staff member on reception was very friendly. Walking distance into town was only a few minutes so we could get some dinner and the premises did have the facilities for people to bring their own food/take-outs if preferred. The property served our purpose very well.

On arrival the parking area was a bit cluttered with rubbish which didn't give a good initial impression; but on entering the building it was obvious that work has recently been carried out to smarten things up. The corridor was a bit gloomy - dark paint - but the room itself was bright, clean and airy. Breakfast was provided, but was very basic. We'd overlooked/forgotten that we had to pay £12 to park overnight - psychologically, I'd prefer that charge to be included in the cost of the one-night stay.

Room was very adequate but having an accessible room on top floor if there was a fire could have proved very problematical. I loved breakfast options with a good variety for all three of us. Having stayed there before knew location was very good

Everything you need from egg cups to the very thoughtful provision of "emergency supplies." Location. Very clean. Amazing value. Meeting the owners. Free parking.

Totally outside the dear owners control, but in the wisdom of a local builder, scaffolding had been erected which rather interrupted the view. Apparently two weeks earlier than expected. It is what it is and afterall property needs to be maintained. Gave the opportunity to meet the owners which was a pleasure.

No proper window (well a fogged over window you couldn’t see out of) very warm in the room little to no ventilation. Banging of doors and footsteps at 03:30am waking us up just a very bad experience this time round .. overall a very disappointing stay very unfortunate as won’t be staying here again

Since the toilet doors in the rooms are only as thin as paper, a toilet on the floor would have been nice. In the cafe you even have to use the women's toilet. That's actually the only drawback. but an annoying one.
