Bradford Accommodation was exactly what I expected it to be if not a little better! The room was basic, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable with decent clean sheets, warm duvet, good pillows. 2 big clean newish feeling towels and a hand towel. There was a small desk and a basic rail to hang some clothes on. Bathroom was a prefabricated plastic unit in the corner of the room - small but clean and functional with good consistent water pressure for a decent shower. The communal kitchen was also clean and well equipped although I only used this to make a cup of tea! This was never going to be hotel standard and it met or possibly exceeded my expectations.

Three minor complaints: 1: No curtains - you have blinds which provide privacy but I woke up with the sun at 5:15. Some curtains would add to these rooms in my view. 2: Mad tiny thing, I know - no toilet roll holder so the toilet paper is balanced on the towel rail. 3: Location - was quiet enough in the evening but the area is a bit tired and a bit messy - lots of litter etc. But really convenient for the city centre so worked well for my needs.

Great little place! The room was a little small but had all we needed . TV, tea/coffee making facilities which were restocked daily. The biggest bonus was the free parking. Also was the short distance to the main attractions.

There was no option for breakfast as since COVID it's not been reinstated, but this suited our needs , it's 2 minutes from Macdonald's or many cafes selling a full English, so not a problem! X

We liked the Hot Tub but unfortunately due to weather and health reason we were unable to take advantage.

The directions and address of the property were very confusing as we received notice that the property was on Foundry Close but it actually was on Foundry Row. But after calling the owner he very kindly assisted us to the property. There didn’t seem to be any instructions for the heating system and it was a bit cold.
