Fantastic place. Bedroom was very spacious and comfortable, with all you can need. The Scottish breakfast was delicious and complete to continue the West Highland Way. But the most remarkable point was the kind and friendly owners, that helped us with all we needed. Thank you so much for everything.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and as well as being adjacent to Central Station, this is only a couple of minutes' walk from Lime Street Station. Plenty of food options in the neighbouring area. The rooms are very spacious and offer good comfort.

The management is very clear about the fact that being situated on a busy street, there is some noise from the neighbouring bars, which does continue until about 11pm. The only thing I will add is that this was apparent on a Monday, in case potential visitors are thinking this is just reserved for weekends. It is noticeable but tolerable with windows closed.

Great location right in near all shops & Victoria Station, staff at check in & those working below in the pub very friendly, breakfast plenty and a buffet one aswell & you can leave your luggage on your day of departure after check out

Blinds in the window would not close just to give us some privacy in the day time , due too not having a cord to tilt them .meaning we had to close the curtains which blacked out the room , saniflo toilets in rooms which is understandable but they are noisy

A good quality varied breakfast was offered and it was fully served. The room was well furnished, complimented by a decent ensuite.

The hotel has four floors and no lift. The stairs are fairly standard so they present difficulties when hauling luggage or meeting people coming the other way.

What you pay is what you get. The price is much cheaper than you pay nearer London turistic attractions or for a more confortable room. So, yes, the place is almost one hour far from London and we could hear other guests talking in their rooms etc. The only thing I would suggest is to put a blackout curtain on the windows.

Seven flights of stairs and no lift. No remote control in room. No-one in tech when I arrived - a passing tradesman told me there was another reception further down the road.
