Very friendly and hospitable stay. My stay was all I wanted it to be in Jersey:- a clean bed with linen changes daily, simple room , lovely breakfast and super food available in the evenings. I also liked it because although my room was directly above the terrace and restaurant it was calm and quiet! The B&B was very hospitable and as a lone guest, it was comfortable to be there. Bus service into St Helier very close and convenient + the view was great!!

No complaints! A comment- perhaps a little more fresh air ventilation in the room, but- open the windows and it would no longer be so quiet,so overall it was fine for me.

The property is in a great location in the centre of Rye. The perfect size for our group of 3. Really clean with lots of extras such as condiments in the kitchen, and toiletries. It’s near a pub and takeaway but you don’t notice any noise outside as the road is pretty quiet. You can stop on the road to unpack and there is free parking 2 minutes away.

The room was large and comfortable. The conservatory was very pleasant. The garden was perfect. There was a good breakfast with a nice choice of items on the menu.

Had an early morning breakfast as I was walking the SWCP . Lovely room , lovely layout and clean . Hosts lovely . Location at Porthminster beach .

We were given a room with a broken door so that you did not need a key card to get in and everyone could go in. We asked for a new room and were given a room that was already occupied by a couple that we went in on! Both of us were shocked and we got yet another room. The receptionist did not once say sorry and was unfriendly the whole time. Also, the rooms were very very small. Would not recommend.
