The location was in the centre of London. It was close to all amenities. The host met with us & was lovely & very informative of restaurants, pubs etc! The beds were as comfortable as my own back home. For the centre of London there was no noise. We were a 3 generation family and it met with all our needs! Wi-Fi, television for cartoons when your grand nephew woke at 6.30am! I can't wait to go back to stay again. If I could give it an 11 I would.

Everything was above our expectations - I have nothing to complain about! Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedroom & if need be a sofa bed. Excellent.

Room was spacious and clean. Although the bed was large, the mattress was a little firm for my liking but as we were only there for one evening, it was not a problem. The breakfast was very good indeed. We arrived at a busy time, with a queue to enter, but the staff were so friendly and efficient that it did not take long to get a table.

Plenty of room ensuite bathroom was a bonus able to control the heating myself was good smart TV an Alexa was a great addition so able to log into own Netflix sofas small but comfortable nice open plan feel big fridge freezer. Customer services were amazing on the phone with any queries overall a very good stay.

Beds could have been comfier room situated right by the front door which banged when anybody’s came in and out of the building could hear engine noise from planes taking off so quite noisy patio doors led straight onto the car park which was a shame. Not much around needed to get in the car to shops restaurants ect but takeaways did delivery to the apartment which was good.

The property is very well set up with a fabulous bathroom, comfortable bed, facilities for basic eating as well as seating, Sky TV and an outside seating area. Decoration is all very tastefully done with sumptuous bedding g and towels.

The caravan site itself was good, lots of amenities and the location of the site and was great. The caravan was well equipped and a good size.

The caravan didn't appear to have been cleaned prior to our arrival. There were toiletries left in the bathroom. It was very difficult to find as it wasn't named or numbered. The quilts and pillows were old and torn.

The location was excellent - close enough for everything to be walkable but just far enough off the main drag to be blissfully quiet at night.

The tiniest quibble - and it really is tiny - is that there was no bedside lamps and the reading light was very bright.
