A gem of a hotel, staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was perfect, little touches like GHD hairdryer and straighteners, nespresso machine with fresh milk made it feel very special! As for the breakfast, amazing The bar on an evening had a lovely vibe and again the food was excellent We would definitely return

Location was amazing. Food was incredible as were the staff. Room was spacious and lovely decking and furniture for us to sit on and watch the wildlife on the loch.

Bathroom in need of updating and not clean. Extractor vent full of dust. Room smelt foisty when you entered and with the midgies you couldn’t leave patio doors open. Disappointing given cost of our two night stay.

The property was really clean and very comfortable. I loved my stay and it was a perfect location in the heart of Whitehaven. The free parking was an added bonus.

The location is in a great location for The Hydro! The majority of the staff were very friendly and the room had an amazing view of the hydro.

I was disappointed and upset by the volume level of the Sky Bar. We stayed a Friday night and the music went on until 1am. We could feel the bass vibrating in our room on the 7th floor. I reported to Reception who made me feel that I was being slightly unreasonable but in my eyes it is a hotel before a bar and I feel the amount we paid was too much to listen to very loud techno music until 1am! We were staying for a special occasion and it slightly dampened the stay. I wouldn’t stay again on a weekend for this reason.
