Convenient location at Heathrow airport for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. Breakfast opens from very early in the morning.

Poor cleaning standards - dusty surfaces, big stain on the chair which I avoided to use. Quality of the breakfast was poor.

It is not far from central London and has very well connectivity. There are shops nearby which helps a lot if you are cooking.

1. There are security cameras on all rooms including bedrooms without any sign that the property is under surveillance. 2. The camera on second floor bedroom and on dining area which is used for sleeping is violating the privacy of the guests. 3. We are not sure what privacy moments are captured on those surveillance cameras. 4. The bed on first floor was not big enough to accommodate two people.

It was a big plus for me to rely on the quality of the food on offer. The service was also attentive and friendly.

Just a small grumble. I wa given a room eqipped for a disabled person which I am, but the bed , although very comfortable was quite high up and meant I had to climb up to get into it.

Noisy neighbours got bogged down on the wet grass woke us up trying to get it off (circa 0600) moved it slightly left it to load up got it stuck again
