The staff were really lovely! It was nice to have the bar downstairs for an end of evening drink! 20/30 minute walk from the city centre. Peaceful and quiet surrounding area. Car park was basically empty the whole time we were there, and we were allowed to leave it there even after we had checked out!

The stairs up to the rooms were outside and a bit rickety at times, so anyone with mobility issues may struggle! Rooms could use a bit of an upgrade, and it's a shame they don't do breakfasts anymore. The shower pressure wasn't great. Rooms appeared clean but did notice the occasional spots that could have used a bit more TLC. I'm not going to lie, I expected a bit more for the price but maybe it's more expensive than I'm used to since it's near the city.

Park Farm was lovely and a great base for us. The breakfast was excellent and Caroline even made us bacon sandwiches to take out one morning as we were off early to Wentworth. Caroline was the perfect host and we can’t wait to return.

The only thing was the tv as after 15 mins we lost the channel and had to start the programme again which happened on two nights but would not stop us coming back, it was just annoying !

the hosts were very welcoming, kind people since the immediate booking. They were concise with information/regulations and the house was a very spacious property with a lot of amenities. The neighbourhood was also lovely.

there was a few beer cans left in the garden on arrival and the downstairs toilet was out of order.

Stayed for 2 nights, Susan and John were excellent hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.

Its a nice and cozy apartment with everything you need. The bathroom was spotless along with the rest of the apartment.

Had a few issues with the bed as the slats kept falling through. However the owner did get someone to fix it but it didnt end up being fully fixed so just broke again

Room was dated beds were hard shower had no hot-water . Tv signal really bad and small !!! Probably worse room in the hotel I'm guessing .

The tin opener doesn’t work 🥺 Mirrors not near plug points in bedrooms, pleased I took my multi extension lead & shelves needed under mirrors for use while doing makeup, & a full length mirror would be good. If I owned such a property to rent out, I would think of it in the terms as using it for myself & make it more user-friendly. Could do with hooks on doors on inside bedroom doors & more clothes hanging places, hence the The mention of hooks. Velcro hooks in bathroom kept falling off.

The noise from other guests very disturbed all through night. I wanted to check out earlier no one in sight to hand keys too all doors locked.
