Good location rooms were nice and clean. Garden area had great views overlooking Salisbury Cathedral excellent spot for having a drink on a beautiful sunny day

To stay at a charming Hook Norton pub in rural Oxfordshire at its best. Great. A bottle of Old Hooky in the room was welcome.

Grumpy staff and the worst welcome for a long time. Will give some slack due to staff having to service busy pub at same time. One of the most expensive 'room only' stays of the week. Tired room with broken TV did not justify cost. Very little, if any guest information to be found in room.

The apartment was well set up with little extras. Tea towels, cereals some condiments and soaps.

The Dona on the bed wasn’t big enough. The bedroom needed blockout curtains. The shower over the bath is a bit high and could do with a grab bar. Did not like that the cleaner was still there when we arrived, this was after check in time of 4. Not there long but left the washing machine going so unable to use till much later.

It was clearly mentioned the check-in was 3 pm. As I travelled a lot and booked my accomodation via booking.com, this is the first time I was refused to have an early check-in. I mean even less than an hour. There is a fee of £20 every hour whether early check-in or late check out. I mean, is that really the way it works now. Even a little consideration. I went back to the collection point 2:45PM, and the man told me I need to wait for 3 PM. Just 15 mins!!! I was so sad and frustrated with what happened🥲🥲🥲
