  Excellent stay, thank you very much. The property is spacious, modern and clean. Very relaxing, cosy, beautifully furnished, bed was very comfortable. Judith and Ben were lovely and welcoming but not overbearing. I had a fantastic stay and would struggle to find anything to fault. Excellent and friendly communication prior to arrival in terms of arrival time, directions etc.

  We loved the service of all the staff, couldn’t have done more for us from the welcome drink to sorting our bags at check out. Having a hot tub in our room was the best part of the stay.

  Loved the room, far better than I expected. Spacious and clean with a large comfy bed. Great facilities including its own kitchen, microwave, oven. I felt really comfortable and at home the moment I walked through the door. Great location for Blenheim Palace too. Would I stay there again? Absolutely.
