Excellent apartment beautifully decorated and had everything you would need for a great stay. The location is great for getting around the area and the apartment is in a perfect position on the site gor all the facilities. The communication was great too...

Close to Luffenham golf club, plenty of parking space. Radiator was warm in the room but no radiator in the bathroom. The dinner was nice there and they served late on Sunday for us. The young guy worked on Sunday was very friendly and helpful.

The room I stayed doesn’t have a shower, only a bath with a shower head. Water would spray everywhere. Coffee provided was only decaffeinated, felt like all left overs. I was told when I checked in the breakfast has two prices for single and full English breakfast, I had single items but was charged the full price. The staff said because she added some pastries (which were not used and not expected anyway) so they charge the same price for £15. Not good value to be honest. The lady stopped us to get any tee or coffee or soft drinks by ourselves, very strange.

There was a microwave and a fridge in the room and the tea/coffee etc was well stocked The location was good. Close to the train station, bus station and only 15 minutes walk from the dock area Bed was comfortable

Breakfast was ok with a choice of hot and cold food. Just very standard offering, nothing stood out. We didn’t use the health/sport centre facilities.

The hotel rooms are very tired. The furniture is shabby. The shower was weak. The bathroom doesn’t offer even a shelf to rest your wash bag. The towels are clean but thin and greying. The free WiFi wasn’t strong and kept dropping. We came back around 10pm both nights. Reception was closed. We would expect some form of security to enter the hotel, however, anyone can gain access to the bedroom corridors. I wouldn’t have felt safe if I had been travelling alone.

No staff - everything closed - no substance at all, felt like a motel. The air fragrance couldn’t mask the underlying smell - floors dirty - carpets unkempt and worn - it’s been flogged to death by with no investment. Needs to be closed and refurbished

The kitchenette facilities were filthy and looked like no one had been in there for weeks. The drying room was next to useless, when you could actually gain entry ! Wash facilities basic and not well kept. T.v remote was missing from our cabin and when we enquired,we were just told there isn't one ! Our friends didn't even have a TV in theirs, just a bracket on the wall where one had been. The smoke alarm was missing,which I'm sure is illegal ! Basically we paid £95 for a plastic covered mattresses, as you have to hire any bed linen. My complaint has gone unanswered, no surprise there.
