Very, very welcoming and hospitable host who went out of his way, and really ‘above & beyond’ with various acts of kindness to ensure our stay was enjoyable- which it was. Many thanks Sonny - much appreciated. Ideal location for a few days exploring the lovely Scottish Borders area. Tasty, hearty breakfasts and comfortable room. Also has dinner one night and was also enjoyable. (Nice garden area to front with plenty of bird life flitting around. One highlight was seeing a pair of bullfinches upon packing car upon departure.)

Very clean and well equipped, Location perfect for early flight at Bristol Airport. The host were very kind to assist me with information on how to reach the property even at late night.

Everything! Beautiful rooms, great food and location. Excellent breakfast with attention to deal even though it was busy. The staff are all so lovely. We will be back again soon.

We stayed on top floor apartment and it means a lot of steep steps. You have 1 set to front door then another set to the lounge area then a final set to the bathroom. Not suitable for young children who aren’t fully comfortable with stairs unaccompanied but apart from that it’s spot on

The Room was magnificent although I expected a different setting, but the bed was very comfortable. Also very good breakfast options.

The water pressure in the tap and shower was i little low. Also the photos were a little misleading because I expected the Regal room but didn't get it.

Poor quality dining table and chairs. Also cheap cutlery with loose handles and crockery, much of which doesn’t match. All out of keeping with the quality of the rest of the apartment. Certainly not ‘luxury’. I suggest you invest in some improvements.
