Secure gated parking, clear instructions on how to find, how to enter, comfy beds, lovely balcony looking over the canal. Asda, macdonalds just over the road, 2 min drive or 5 min walk. Co op arena/man City stadium literally 10 min walk round the corner and cross the road. Really lovely, cosy flat. Great communications from owners too.

I can honestly say there was nothing I didn't like here.

The location is as great as the other comments mentioned. It is close to street food area so it’s convenient but could be smelly in the room from the cooking smell. It’s maybe close to a bar, I heard some drunk people noises in the evening, but the window is quiet soundproof so it didn’t bother me much.

The shared shower is one room (toilet+shower together), and it’s only one. It is maybe shared by several rooms so we needed to wait for quite a while during rush hour to be able to use the bathroom. Also, the shower space is a bit small for a L size person. I don’t want to touch the walls of a shared shower room, although it looks clean.

The room was basic - I didn't need more. I was there for one night to go to an event - I got what I paid for, and I wouldn't have been able to afford it otherwise. The location was perfect, right next to the tube and a very short distance from fast food outlets.

Lack of space in bathroom. and the shower was very small. As a larger person, it wasn't ideal for me, but for most people it would be just fine.

Excellent location. Fun theme for the hotel that is carried into the rooms. Even thought it’s small, you have everything you need. The bathroom was clean and modern.

Hard to get any fresh air as there are no windows. A portable aircon is provided for the main bedroom area but the bunk area became very stuffy during the night. We found the fan in the morning…oops.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and the shower wasn’t great but it was just for the weekend so you can live with that but any longer I might have not been happy

The staff was friendly

Toilet wasn't clean, and there was smell of something inside room. Toiletries should be given for free such as soap and towel but it's like add on service by paying more.

Size of the room.

There is no free Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the free Wi-Fi in the lobby is so poor you can't even connect. The interior is ugly and doesn't make sense in the context of the area. There is no gym or spa area—they have converted these spaces into more rooms with no windows, which is complete nonsense. In the rooms, there is only a kettle with the cheapest tea and instant coffee. There is no fridge or minibar. The toilet paper is almost see-through, and the cheapest soap sits cozily on the side of the sink. The pillows are hard as rocks. In a 4-star hotel, there should also be slippers and a robe provided. Basically, every service comes with an additional fee, and it actually feels like a scam because they overcharge you on purpose for these services. We understand it's cheap, but we've had better service in 3-star hotels in central London. And why make it look so "royal" if the product is the cheapest possible?
