Loved the place, wasn't expecting the place to look exactly like the pictures! Host was very welcoming, checked up on us and helped us with everything during our stay. Everything else was well maintained. Hot tub, cinema and the pool table was a blast.

Lovely cosy feel with everything you needed, perfect if you want a break from your phone/social media for a short while! Fresh Eggs were provided in the cabin which was a lovely touch

You can hear the people next door walking around so you wouldn’t want noisey neighbours (but ear plugs were kindly provided) 🤣 and the lane is quite potholey on the way in (fine for us but not if you have a low car) ☺️ The tv and wifi was really hit and miss but tbo that’s not why we were there so we weren’t too bothered, no major dislikes

Food was great. EV charger was a bonus. Nice views from the room. Main hotel is nicely decorated. Staff (Ryan) was absolutely brilliant, so friendly and helpful. Dog friendly.

The room was very small and quite dated. In parts a little scruffy. Food (although lovely) was very slow in the evening, breakfast was normal. Cigarette bin next to the front door was probably ideal 20 years ago but it just smells in my opinion. No bedside table on one side because the room was so small - this meant we only had one bedside light which flickered like a dancefloor so we couldn't use it.

Well-heated house, new airtight windows without mold (which is not obvious in Scotland). Good location in the beautiful town of Iverness. Good price-quality ratio.

The owner does not care about the shared kitchen. The cleaner only cleans the rooms. Unfortunately, not everyone leaves the kitchen tidy and leaves. To use the frying pan we had to wash it after someone (which was not pleasant and I think it is not our job). Plus there was a clogged drain in the bathroom.

Quaint & suited the location where we needed to be. A hotel with great potential & is being developed. When fully restored it will be interesting to see.

The lay out of the room. In a double room it would be helpful to have a shelf or bedside table each side. When we booked it said bed & breakfast but breakfast was not included nor was it clear how to book this as an optional extra.

We liked the uniqueness of this place and village. Breakfast was amazing, well-presented and a lots of to choose. Room was quiet and clean. Beds comfortable.

WiFi didn't work, very weak signal. Even my network didn't have a connection. As a family we were ok but if someone travelled and had to work its a problem.

Location was good and close to city and excellent for Botanic Gardens and University. Host was super helpful and responded quickly to all my questions.
