The room was clean. It had basic amenities like a kettle, mug, and hair dryer. The heating worked well, and the beds were clean and comfortable. I booked a single room, but it had enough space for me. The room was cleaned daily from what I can tell. The staff were friendly and professional. Generally, if you are on a budget but need a good stay, this hotel would be really ideal.

Well entertainment wise, the TV in the bedroom was not it at all, it was way too small :-). Due to how thin the walls are, I kept being woken up by the stomping of guests in the room above or near mine, I couldn't really tell.

Room was small and was somewhat impractical, could not open bathroom door fully, no facilities for suitcases, no space to move about, ideal room for 1 person but very tight for two Bedroom window catch broken so could not close. Pillows rock hard. No lounge facilities. Breakfast was not a pleasant experience, we were asked as soon as we sat down what type of egg we would like fried or scrambled, we asked for poached but would not accommodate,. We were then asked to move tables having been given a choice of tables when we arrived. we then proceeded to get some cereal/fruit and when we sat down our eggs were presented to us. I called the waitress over and expressed I would like my egg when I had finished my cereal and to have it warm with my bacon. Her reply was the kitchen closed at 9am the time was only 8.30. She took the eggs away and as soon as we finished our cereal the eggs reappeared on the table.

No lift We requested for 2 twin bedrooms when we made our booking and reminded the staff again when we checked in but were still assigned 2 double bed rooms eventually.
