From the entrance into the house to the garden, the whole experience felt like a little castle. Absolute dream to stay here. The host was so wonderful and the breakfast was great. Everything spotless and it even smells great all around. All in all, do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a stay here!

First room was not good as I was in mobility scooter it was on top floor I could not get from lift to room as it was narrow hall way so we went back to reception and got a bigger room which was a lot bigger more suitable for my needs.

It had scaffolding all around the hole of the building. But it was still open was surprised that it had still was open. Also we had a lunch in the hotel it was not good food was very bad. Would not have food in they again. The hotel it self is ok is near to every thing.

Lovely bath and shower in the room - we had a the larger room - warm and quiet Staff were lovely and friendly even organized take away breakfast for us due to leaving early - well done all 👍🏼

Large Pool and spa area but very over looked by gym members and bar area so not for me Not much vegetarian food available - sandwich or wraps would have been nice addition too the menus but we managed fine

Super friendly staff, good location, lovely room, with a fridge, kettle and water. Comfy bed, parking on site. Great value for money, would definitely stay here again. 10/10

Quite caravan site looks mostly privately owned. Right by the sea Lovely decking around caravan (no seating)

Caravan was very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival including dirty plate and filthy handles. Looks like it needs a very deep clean organised between guests. TV is extremely sun damaged so picture quality is terrible so I advise to bring own devices. I left the property stripping the mattress protectors off the bed and putting in the shower for the cleaners (toddlers spilt juice on them) and have been fined £50 for doing so as apparently the mattress protectors are only ‘spot cleaned’ between guest which has made me question how many people’s infections/germs my family have just stayed in.. Notnjnf to do on campsite other then lovely walk by the ocean and small children’s park or lovely gardens on the road opposite with another park and cafe. The other side of the pier looked much more appealing and family friendly.

If you need an on suite bathroom makes sure you book in advance. Also dufftown is very quiet town especially on Sundays. Plan accordingly for dinner.
