The breakfast was pretty good quality but the layout of tables was like a schoolroom. I was able to store luggage and the location was close to tube and bus but I wouldn't stay there again. Plenty of coat hangers. Hairdryer was in drawer and I couldn't find it at first. Could only use it at the desk set up as it was hard wired into wall.

The room was crowded. The bed was too big for the room. The light switches were not helpful as I had to get out of bed to turn the bedside lamp off at the main switch by the door. Then I stubbed toe against castors as I got into bed in the dark room. The tv was poor quality and sound was muffled. The bathroom washbasin was too big and getting off toilet seat was troublesome as hit my chin on rim of basin. The bath was too deep and it was awkward getting into it as there wasn't much space between washbasin and toilet.. The towels were poor quality. The bed sank in the middle. There was too much furniture in the room. Coffee and tea was poor quality and not so much as a biscuit provided.

Perfect location, only 5 min. walking from the Bullring, and with an excelent Bus stop close to the building. It is a modern apartment, fully equiped, everything is new and comfortable! The staff is also very nice, they use Whatsapp and quickly respond to all the questions. I would definitely stay here again in future visits.

Plenty of car parking to the rear of the building. The staff were very welcoming. The room was a good size & tea/coffee making available. The bar/lounge had sofas and chairs to relax on. The food was very well presented, both evening meal and breakfast, very impressed.

Cute little cottage in a very good location. Clean room and well equipped kitchenette. Nice decor. Generous outside area. Jacky and her husband were very friendly and great source of information about local attractions.

Facilities very good. We thought Appliance instructions were needed for eg. Oven, Microwave and for disposal of rubbish , recycling etc.

All good. Small complaint really but over head heater in toilet area not working. Radiators out of occupants control. But Summer coming up it’s not so bad.

The apartment it's self was comfortable and location was good.

There was 50 stairs to the apartment and no lift we had an 80yr old with us and the stairs were too much for her this was not made clear. The stairs were filthy, cigarette buts, broken glass and smelled of bins. The bathroom and toilet were incredibly small which made them uncomfortable to use.
