Continental breakfast was exceptional value for money. Levis is an absolute asset to the hotel, friendly, kind and attentive. Decor throughout to a high standard. Beautiful grounds. Drinks a reasonable price. Lovely White Company products in room, quality linen on beds and nice touch by having a robe ( only one pair of slippers were in the room though).

Staff other than Levis were not friendly, older man who served us at the bar was almost rude which wasn't a great first impression. Woman who was on reception wanted to charge us £25 for a 50 minute early check-in. Bathroom in room had little space to put toileteries and shower basin wasn't clean. A shame the restaurant wasn't open as had to drive out for every meal. It would be beneficial to have a drinks menu at the bar as there is no idea as to drink prices.

We loved everything about it . Mandy was so lovely and welcoming, the breakfast was perfect , so much choice and cooked to perfection. Our room was clean , the bed was comfortable and linen spelt fresh . We are definitely going back again and again , we've found our place as we love Bacton .

The staff were helpful. They weren't overbearing, once shown to our room we weren't bothered! They allowed me early check in which was amazing! Room was big enough and comfortable. Staff seem very easy going!

When I first arrived even though I was allowed early check in the greeting I received wasn't overly welcoming. When shown to my room it was upstairs and there was no lift, the man showing me to my room didn't offer me any help with my bags and it was a struggle.. I had 2 big bags and a suitcase. He raced up the stairs miles ahead of me.

Good location although very noisy at night. Comfortable beds. Great view from rooftop bar. Staff were mostly very friendly and those that were not seemed stressed and pretty fed up.

So called premium rooms overlooking to road were extremely noisy. Major staff shortage in bar and at breakfast. We gave up waiting for our breakfast after 45 minutes. No one asked us how our stay was.
