The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

A well-situated property giving easy access to the city centre shops, bars and restaurants. Parking at the Sauchiehall street Q-Park can be accessed across the road at a discounted rate for hotel guests, although be aware the City Centre is subject to low emission zone charges. A clean and well-presented facility, staffed by personnel who are polite and helpful. The breakfasts and evening meals were O.K. if a little limited. We found the location good for getting about and used the sightseeing buses which are easily to join at 21 different locations around the city. We will use the hotel again on another visit to Glasgow and have no problem recommending it to all.

A few small things would have been better. The room service appears to be on a budget, although cleaned and serviced daily, the beds were not made and the little extras hotel patrons get use to over the years were lacking, such as biscuits on the tea tray, bathroom items etc.

The location was very good. Close to city centre and restaurants. Car parking was reasonable considering I had a long vehicle.

The pillows were not great. Otherwise it was all good.

In general, the hotel met with my expectations for what I needed on this occasion. It was affordable and convenient.
Negative section of review
Although the parking was free, it was almost impossible to get a space. Firstly, some cars were parked badly encroaching in another parking space. Secondly, there should be some signage stating 'sharp turn' located immediately after the gate to go onto the first floor level parking area. It is very tight. We had to approach it from another angle that conflicted the one-way system.

A warm welcome on arrival. Easy and safe parking. A comfortable room. I thought the real coffee was a bonus.

Good location

No mirror in the room, had to stretch hair dryer and straighteners from the room to the bathroom to see what I was doing. Obviously using electrical in a bathroom not ideal. No bedside lamp or light so had to use mobile phone. Large bathroom but tiny sink and had to be careful you didn’t bang your head on the shelf when lifting head up from brushing teeth. Limited shelving or space to put things. Toiletries had to go on the bathroom floor despite plenty of room for creating more surfaces.
