The breakfast was great and there was a lot of choice as to what to eat. You could also change your order every day. The staff were brilliant especially Nazran (I am sorry I have not spelled that correctly). He carried our bags up to our room for us. He always had a smile.

I could have done with a lift in the property rather than having to go up the stairs all the time.

The room was nice and the location was ideal--just off the main pedestrian street, so it was quiet but close to everything you need. The property was much larger than I expected with multiple buildings. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of options

It was overbooked by booking.com We did not get the room type we booked for We were travelling with kids and were given rooms in separate parts of the hotel One of the three rooms didn’t have any toiletries, one didn’t have a fan and so on …. Rooms are extremely basic. We stayed in standard rooms - may be premium ones are better Parking is utter nightmare - and you have to pay £5 per day for it Staff is cordial but there isn’t much they could do to help us It wasn’t even worth the one night stay we needed Next day breakfast was good - and had everything that a standard English breakfast should have.

Followed up immediately and no response for days.
