  Christopher was very helpful and accommodating and pleasant. It is in a great location with a lovely cafe on the ground floor and several shops very close by. Greenwich Park is just a short walk away or you can get the frequent buses directly to the main attractions in Greenwich IE the maritime museum the kitty hawk etc. The apartment was very clean and spacious and had the convenience of a washing machine and a dishwasher It also had a lift which worked well and was very convenient for me as I have mobility issues. Very quiet at night.

  Almost everything was ok. Details for check-in are provided by email prior to arrival. Check-in itself is a bit complicated and is via a door key code and a coded key safe. The beds were clean and comfortable and the room facilities such as tea/coffee equipment, TV, shower etc were in working order. A nice cooked breakfast was available in the pub if required. The car parking is free. The rooms were quiet.

  The lighting in the room and bathroom were dismal and could be easily improved by the use of additional lights and of LED lightbulbs of a higher wattage. A fixed "settee" is available in the room, but a couple of moveable chairs would make life easier. No staff seem to be available at the premises if assistance is needed.

  Really good overall. The bathroom is clean and well fitted with nice soaps. There is a good selection of biscuits and drinks. I didn't have the opportunity to try the cafe downstairs but when I was heading out the food smelled great.
