Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I had been severely delayed arriving because of an accident - Paul was incredibly accommodating and welcoming when i was visibly stressed - which i appreciated! Liked the variety on offer at breakfast

The location was great, it was nice to have a fire pit, bbq and picnic table, and appreciated the shower was hot even though the advert said cold.

It would have been nice to have forks and a bbq utensil. It would be helpful to say that it is just thin blankets and a small pillow/ clarity on what bedding to bring.

Great location from terminal 2 but more complicated if you arrive at terminal 3. Very handy for the railway station.

Parking can be challenging as even with a permit, which the hotel provide, spaces are limited in local narrow streets. Hotel is spread over different buildings and the Strattons identity is lost making it diff to locate.

Location - we’d had a long drive and wanted to go for a walk and stretch our legs but as you leave the property you are on an extremely busy road with little pedestrian access.
