  Generally everything from the time we got there to the time we left on Saturday. The staff were all excellent and very accommodating. The breakfast was fresh and fantastic!! Fully recommend it!

  Upgraded to a suite which was beautiful with a small garden (really appreciated). The spa was also lovely! Really relaxing and a hidden gem. Staff were really great and friendly.

  The ONLY downfall is the price to park the car (£25 per day) outside of the hotel, however.. we decided to pay this for convenience - we could have found a local car park. The stay was so lovely that we didn't mind paying a bit extra to be honest.

  The beds were really comfy, and the staff exceptional, absolutely lovely people. Made to feel so welcome, and they often stopped to chat with us. Would absolutely come back

  There wasn't anything we didn't like, and as they're decorating at the moment there's a notice to apologise yet the place was still kept clean and tidy.

  Good localisation. Few minutes from kensington palace and park. You can basically walk from here to Westminster.

  On the first day I got a room in a basement (literally). The room didn't have windows and was very small. When I pointed it at the reception (about windows) they said that layout from booking pictures may differ. They changed my room (on the next day) only because on booking room supposed to have 15m^2.
